Bakain(3′-4′ Hight)

The Bakain tree is commonly known as Melia azedarach, also referred to as Chinaberry or Persian Lilac. It is a fast-growing deciduous tree that belongs to the Meliaceae (mahogany) family.

Description:

• Height: Grows up to 12–18 meters tall.

• Leaves: Large, twice- or thrice-pinnate, and aromatic when crushed.

• Flowers: Small, fragrant, lavender or lilac-colored, borne in clusters during spring.

• Fruits: Round, yellowish berries that turn hard and persist on the tree. Toxic to humans and animals if ingested.
